Emergency services & accidents
Immediate assistance and direct contact in an emergency. So you can get back on your bike quickly.
Safety is part of the experience. This emergency plan will help you to remain calm and respond correctly and effectively in an emergency – whether you are riding a road bike, gravel bike or e-bike.
What to do in an emergency:

Get yourself and others out of the danger zone (road, bend, slope). Stay calm and think clearly.
Call the emergency services immediately.
In case of unconsciousness, severe bleeding, head injury, severe pain or uncertainty.

A minor fall?
- Clean and cover wounds.
- Reduce stress.

Take weather changes seriously, plan return times, share your route when touring solo.
